About me…
I have firsthand experience of the variety of issues and conflicts which can arise in the workplace, for individuals, families, and within the professional sphere.
I possess strong interpersonal acumen and a high degree of emotional intelligence which I apply to shift parties from conflict into workable, future-focused solutions.
I work with parties to help them to develop clear channels of communication and conflict competence in order to lessen the likelihood of the issue arising in the future.
I was on the panel of internal coaches for University College Dublin.
I was previously in practice as a barrister for fifteen years at the Irish Bar, with additional legal professional work experience gained in London and Vancouver.
